How to request a refund
Email contact@willshair.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We reply within 1 business day with return instructions.
Condition of returned items
Products may be opened and used — we understand you need to try them to know if they work for you. Please return all items included in your order, including any free or discounted items received as part of a bundle.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except when the item received is damaged, defective, or not the item ordered. In those cases we cover return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund, at your choice.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a further 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Once an order has shipped, the refund policy above applies.
